This policy describes how ENIC Cargo Logistics handles the information you share with us through this website.
Information we collect
This site does not require registration and does not create user accounts. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the data you choose to send: your name, your phone number and your shipment information. The quote calculator runs entirely in your browser and does not send your data to any server.
How we use the information
We use the information solely to quote, coordinate and follow up on your shipments, and to answer your questions. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.
Site analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate and without cookies. We do not build browsing profiles and we do not track users across sites.
Retention
We keep your shipment information for as long as it takes to provide the service and to meet accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you by writing to management@eniccargo.com.
