Estimate based on published rates. The final price is confirmed when we weigh the package at our Miami warehouse. Packages under 1 lb are charged as 1 lb. Above that, you pay the actual weight.
When you order, use our United States address and label it with your first and last name plus ENIC AÉREO or ENIC MARÍTIMO.
You pay the store directly: Amazon, SHEIN, eBay, wherever you shop. If you don't have a card, we make the purchase for you.
It lands at our Miami warehouse, we weigh it, consolidate it, and it leaves for Nicaragua.
Collect it in Managua or Masaya, or we deliver to your home or business.
The most common mistake
A mislabeled package goes to the HOLD section and gets delayed. Always write ENIC AÉREO or ENIC MARÍTIMO next to your name. And note: once it ships, the method can't be changed.

Whatever the calculator says, with two exceptions: we confirm the final weight when we weigh the package at our Miami warehouse, and electronics with an invoice over US$400 carry an extra 10% on the invoice value. No last-minute charges, no hidden fees.
By air, 24 to 48 business hours from the time it leaves Miami, with departures Monday through Thursday. By ocean, 10 to 15 business days from departure in Miami, with departures every Friday. How long Amazon, UPS, USPS or FedEx take to reach our warehouse is not up to us.

One pound. Packages under a pound are charged as one pound; above that you pay the actual weight. And each separate tracking number is charged as its own package, even if it came from the same store.
Drones, spy cameras, specialized binoculars, pornography, sharp objects, cash, perishable food, animals, syringes, explosives, radioactive material, tires of any kind, and vapes.
By ocean we don't cover fragile items that travel without proper packaging or without a FRÁGIL sticker: perfume, glassware, TVs without their original box, unprotected furniture, unprotected screens and cameras, computers, watches, headphones or phones. For all of that we recommend air, which is safer.
Yes. We'll handle the purchase: tell us what you want, we buy it and bring it in.
You can pick up at our Managua or Masaya offices, and we deliver to the door in Managua, Masaya and Granada. We arrange shipping to the rest of the country.
Ask customer service for the claim form. Our legal or finance department responds within 10 to 15 business days.
A package is considered abandoned after one month sitting unclaimed at our offices. Past that point ENIC Cargo Logistics is not responsible for it.
